• We want your pet to love what you ordered — but if something's not quite right, we’ve got your back.
• Return Window: Within 30 days of delivery
  Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
  Non-Returnable Items: Opened pet hygiene products, used toys, personalized items
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
